Hibdon Tires Plus

We've used the Hibdon Tire Center in Broken Arrow for all of our tire needs, completing about 10 transactions over the past three years. Until recently, we've been loyal customers. The last two experiences, however, have been extremely disappointing. I didn't complain after the first one because everyone has an off day occasionally, but this latest experience was unacceptable. I scheduled my appointment online, selected the tires I wanted, and received both a reminder the day before and another reminder the day of my 3:00 PM appointment. I arrived at 2:45 PM, checked in, and was told they had no record of my appointment. To make matters worse, the tires I had selected online weren't even in stock. At that point I should have taken my business elsewhere. Instead, your staff recommended a different set of tires. They cost a little more, but I agreed because they seemed like a good option. After waiting about two hours, my vehicle was finally ready. During that time, I received a digital inspection report stating that I needed new tires (which I was already there to replace) and a cabin air filter. After paying, I drove to Lowe's and immediately noticed my TPMS warning light was on

I had an excellent experience at this tire shop from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me on services I didn’t need. They got me in quickly, completed the work efficiently, and made sure everything was done right. The quality of their service and attention to detail really stood out. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both honest and reliable, but this team definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and fair pricing. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire or automotive needs!

The customer service was excellent. They helped me find the best tire for my vehicle/costs and had the tires installed in no time. I recommend this location and will definitely be visiting them again. Thank you to the great team at the Broken Arrow location!

Last Time I had to replace all 4 tires we went with Discount tire. Never again. Last time I needed 4 new tires and wheels. plus got the extended coverege. Had a tire fail and they refused to fix or assist stating the warrenty was now invalid and all they could do was sell me overpriced tires. Again.... Never again will I use them. Needed new tires so spent the evening looking for some. Couldn't spend much more than $300 and during my search found Hibdon, which had my tires and time to do it. The experience at Discount Tire left a bad taste in my mouth and Hibdon renewed my faith. I will forever now be a Hibdon customer now! Great Customer service and quick turnaround.

My tire dust cover needs to be replaced it was damaged. A whole kit is required to my understanding. I am saddened because if everyone had taken their time then it wouldn't have not been missing the screws to drag on the ground for me to discover that my car was drifting to the right. How can we remedy this? It's a 2015 the part may be hard to find. Thank you for putting it back on after I came in to let you know it was loose. Can you fix the hole? I left it for a day to be repaired and no one addressed the gaping hole in the middle...
